ABOUT WESTERN CANADIAN AUDITING ROUNDTABLE (WCAR)
WCAR is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Health, Safety and Environmental auditing. Our members include internal HSE auditors for major Western Canadian companies.
Mission:
To facilitate
and network the exchange of information and influence the development of Environmental,
Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems and the practice of EH&S
auditing processes in Western Canada.
Goals:
To improve the knowledge and practice of EH&S Management Systems
through the EH&S auditing processes; e.g, Waste Facility Environmental Review
(WFER).
